We are currently facing an unprecedented situation that is wreaking havoc globally, and we wanted to update you regarding the crisis management plan that we have implemented at both our London and Lyon offices.
The health of our staff, their families and of course the greater public, is of paramount concern to us at MOYOA Solutions. In line with the directives of both the French and English governments where we conduct our business, our offices were closed effective as of last Monday, 16 March 2020.
Accordingly, we’d like to reassure all our clients that we remain operational during these trying times. We are in a fortunate position to be able to conduct our business remotely, albeit at a reduced scale. Our staff are continuing their work, but in the lavish confines of their own homes.
All current projects underway will be completed in line with its respective project timeline. We just won’t be able to have our normal coffee with the client when we sign off on completed jobs. We remain at your disposal for any new projects that you are undertaking.
We are still reachable by phone and email, and where required, will conduct video conferences as and when the need arises. If you currently have a support package with us, you can continue to contact your designated Account Manager.
